About Anne GMA
Anne GMA is a London-based Kabbalah practitioner, Systemic Family Constellations facilitator, spiritual artist and the creator of the Kabbalistic Constellations Method.
Her work brings together the wisdom of the Kabbalah Tree of Life, Systemic Family Constellations, Tarot, Inner Child Healing, Trauma Integration, Energetic Body Work and consciousness-based therapeutic approaches to support deep personal transformation.
At the centre of Anne’s practice is Kabbalistic Constellations, her own integrative method combining the symbolic map of the Kabbalah Tree of Life with the experiential and systemic approach of Family Constellations. The method is designed to uncover deeper personal, ancestral and unconscious patterns that may be influencing a person’s present life.
Anne works with individuals exploring challenges around relationships, family dynamics, emotional wellbeing, self-worth, career, purpose, health and personal development. Her approach focuses on moving beyond surface-level symptoms to explore the root of recurring patterns, emotional wounds, limiting beliefs and inherited influences.
Using the Tree of Life as a map of consciousness, Anne supports clients in bringing greater awareness to hidden dynamics and understanding how past experiences, family systems and unconscious beliefs may continue to shape their present reality.
Her approach bridges spirituality, systemic awareness, psychology and practical transformation, creating a personalised space for self-discovery, integration and meaningful change.
Spiritual Art & Conscious Tattooing
Alongside her therapeutic and spiritual work, Anne is also a spiritual tattoo artist.
Her Conscious Tattoo Rituals are offered as a symbolic and embodied way of marking transformation, healing milestones and the beginning of a new chapter. Rather than being treated simply as a tattoo appointment, the ritual forms part of a wider therapeutic process and is offered in person in London.
