Anne G.M.A
Family Constellations, Kabbalah & Spiritual Therapy in London

Do I need previous experience with constellations to participate?
No previous knowledge of Kabbalah, numerology or the Tree of Life is required.
You do not need to understand the Sephiroth, Paths or Kabbalistic terminology before beginning.
Anne will guide you through your individual Tree and explain the relevant elements as you explore them together.
The focus is not on learning Kabbalah academically, but on using the Tree as a practical framework for greater self-awareness, reflection and understanding.

Kabbalah Tree of Life
A personalised map of your inner structure, patterns, potential and soul journey through the Kabbalistic Tree of Life.
Is Kabbalah Tree of Life right for me?
This work may be useful if you are looking for a deeper understanding of who you are, the patterns shaping your life and what you may be here to learn or develop.
You may be drawn to the Personalised Tree if you are:
-
noticing recurring patterns in your life or relationships
-
feeling stuck or uncertain about your direction
-
exploring your purpose or personal development
-
wanting to understand your strengths and challenges more deeply
-
interested in the relationship between spirituality and everyday life
-
exploring your Light and Shadow
-
looking for a structured framework for self-knowledge
At its heart, the Personalised Tree of Life explores three fundamental questions:
Who am I?
What have I come here to learn and develop?
How can I consciously embody the potential contained within my own Tree?
What is Kabbalah Tree of Life?
The Kabbalistic Tree of Life can be understood as a map of the soul. Through a methodical form of Kabbalistic numerology, your full name and date of birth are translated into a personalised Tree, creating a symbolic map of your individual inner structure.
This personalised Tree can help explore what your soul may have come here to learn, develop and embrace in this lifetime. It can highlight your natural gifts and potential, as well as challenges, recurring patterns, areas of imbalance and the ways these are currently being expressed through your everyday life.
The Tree can also offer a framework for exploring the deeper experiences that may still be influencing you, including unresolved trauma, unconscious patterns and emotional dynamics. By recognising where these themes appear within your Tree and how they are showing up in your life, the work can begin to explore how they may be understood, integrated and addressed more consciously.
Rather than defining who you are or predicting your future, the Personalised Kabbalistic Tree of Life provides a way of exploring who you are, what you may be here to learn, and how you can more fully embody your own potential.
I think this is stronger than the previous version because it gets Anne’s key idea — “the Tree of Life is a soul map” — into the opening sentence, rather than burying it further down.
How does Kabbalah Tree of Life work?
To create your Personalised Kabbalistic Tree of Life, Anne will need your full name, date of birth and place of birth.
The process is rooted in numbers and vibration. Using a methodical system of Kabbalistic numerology, Anne works with the numerical information contained within your name and birth details and translates it into your individual Tree of Life.
This creates a personalised chart made up of the ten Sephiroth and twenty-two Paths, each representing different qualities, energies and areas of learning within your life.
Anne then works through your individual Tree with you, exploring how these energies may be expressing themselves in your everyday experience. This can highlight your natural gifts and potential, recurring patterns, challenges, areas of imbalance and aspects of yourself that may need greater awareness or integration.
The purpose is not simply to understand the numbers or the chart intellectually, but to connect what appears within your Tree to how you are actually living and experiencing your life.
This keeps Anne’s important language around numbers, vibration and numerology, while also explaining what actually happens in a way that someone completely new to Kabbalah can follow.
