Do I need previous experience with constellations to participate?
No previous experience with Family Constellations, Kabbalah or the Tree of Life is required.
You do not need to understand the system intellectually before taking part. Anne will guide you through the process and explain what is needed as the constellation unfolds.
You can simply arrive with an area of your life, question or experience that you would like to explore.

Is a Kabbalistic Constellation right for me?
Kabbalistic Constellations can be valuable when you feel that something in your life is repeating, blocked or difficult to understand through conscious thought alone.

How does a Kabbalistic Constellation work?
At the heart of a Kabbalistic Constellation is the relationship between our Light and our Shadow.
Rather than seeing the shadow as something that needs to be rejected or eliminated, we explore what it contains, what it protects, what it may be trying to reveal, and how it relates to potential that has not yet been fully expressed.
Working with the Tree of Life as a living map allows different aspects of your experience to be explored through the constellation field.
A constellation may reveal where you are moving away from your own path, where something has become blocked, which unconscious dynamics may be influencing your choices, and what your experience may be asking you to integrate.
It is a deeply symbolic and experiential way of working, allowing the constellation field to reveal what cannot always be reached through the rational mind alone.
What is a Kabbalistic Constellation?
Kabbalistic Constellations were created by Anne García, bringing together two methodologies in which she specialises: Family Constellations and the personified Kabbalistic Tree of Life.
The personified Tree of Life can be understood as a map of the soul — the contract with which the soul chose to incarnate.
Through this map, we can explore the different choices and experiences the soul came here to encounter, including our vocation, relationships, obstacles, patterns, archetypes, gifts, purpose, light and shadow.
Kabbalistic Constellations combine this map with the methodology and phenomenological approach of Family Constellations. This allows us not only to understand these dynamics intellectually, but to bring them into the constellation field and experience how they may be expressing themselves through our lives.
