Anne creates and interprets your individual Tree to explore natural qualities, recurring patterns, inner conflicts and areas of growth, with readings available in London and online worldwide.
What is Kabbalah Tree of Life?
Kabbalah is an ancient mystical tradition with its roots in Judaism and the Hebrew language. Over centuries, many different schools, interpretations and ways of working with Kabbalah have developed.
Anne GMA does not work with Kabbalah as a generic philosophical system. Her work is rooted specifically in Practical Kabbalah and the Personalised Tree of Life methodology, studied through the Spanish lineage of teachings developed by Jaime Villarrubia.
Villarrubia developed a method through which the traditional structure of the Tree of Life could be translated into an individual, personified Tree. Rather than studying the Tree only as a universal or macrocosmic model, this approach explores the microcosm of the individual: the particular way a person perceives, experiences and expresses reality.
In this sense, your Personalised Tree becomes a map of your inner structure. It can illuminate natural qualities and potential, but also recurring patterns, imbalances, internal conflicts and aspects of yourself that may still be operating outside conscious awareness.
Often, the most important information is not found in the questions we already know how to ask, but in the patterns we have not yet learned to see.
The purpose of this work is therefore not simply to describe who you are. It is to bring awareness to what has previously remained unseen, so that unconscious patterns can gradually become conscious choices.
When we begin to recognise how these patterns are expressing themselves through relationships, work, emotional reactions, repeated situations and personal blocks, the Tree becomes a practical tool for transformation.
The Personalised Tree of Life is a key for understanding yourself more deeply and consciously accessing the potential that already exists within you.
How does the Personalised Kabbalah Tree of Life work?
Anne works exclusively with the Personalised Kabbalistic Tree of Life.
The Tree is created using a system that combines Kabbalistic numerology, Gematria, your full name and your date of birth.
Gematria is an ancient method in which letters are assigned numerical values, allowing words and names to be explored through their numerical structure. Within Anne’s methodology, these numerical relationships become part of the process used to construct and interpret your individual Tree.
To prepare your Personalised Tree, Anne will need:

your complete name (Given name/middle names and Family names/father or mother or both)

your date of birth

the original alphabet or language in which your name is written

This last element is important because the numerical construction of the name depends on the alphabet from which it originates.
Once this information has been received, Anne manually prepares your individual Tree. Because of the depth of the preparation involved, approximately one to two weeks’ notice is normally required, depending on availability.
The result is a unique map formed through the ten Sephiroth and twenty-two Paths of the Tree of Life, allowing Anne to explore the particular qualities, tensions, patterns and areas of development expressed within your individual structure.
Three Ways to Work With Your Personalised Tree of Life:
1. Personalised Tree of Life Reading
A deep one-to-one exploration of your Personalised Kabbalistic Tree of Life.
During this session, Anne guides you through the structure of your Tree, helping you understand how your qualities, strengths, challenges and unconscious patterns may currently be expressing themselves in your everyday life.
The purpose of the Reading is to bring awareness and language to what may previously have been difficult to see, helping you understand yourself from a deeper perspective.
The session lasts up to 2 hours.
Price: £200
2. Kabbalistic Constellation
A practical and experiential way of working with a specific pattern, conflict or blockage through your Personalised Tree of Life.
Your Personalised Tree is required for this work. A previous Tree of Life Reading is not compulsory, although it is highly recommended, as having already explored your Tree allows the constellation to go directly into the therapeutic work.
If you have previously had a Tree of Life Reading with Anne, your Personalised Tree has already been created.
Price with a previous Tree of Life Reading: £100
If you have not previously had a Reading with Anne, she will first need to create your Personalised Tree in preparation for the constellation.
Price without a previous Tree of Life Reading: £200
In this option, the Tree is created specifically for the constellation, but a full Tree of Life Reading is not included.
3. Personalised Tree of Life Course
An ongoing journey of self-discovery, transformation and learning through Kabbalah, the Personalised Tree of Life, the Major Arcana in the Tree and Kabbalistic Constellations.
This online course combines theory and practice. During the first months, you study the foundations of Kabbalah, the structure and symbolism of the Tree of Life, and learn how to understand and gradually read your own Personalised Tree.
As the course progresses, the work becomes increasingly practical. You begin to explore recurring patterns, emotional dynamics and inner conflicts through experiential exercises, Kabbalistic Constellations and Tarot, using these tools to bring awareness to what is happening in your everyday life.
The purpose of the course is not only to give you information about your Tree, but to help you live it consciously.
Through the practical work, you learn how to recognise when unconscious patterns are being activated, how to approach difficult situations from a different perspective, and how to integrate the qualities of your Tree more consciously into your relationships, decisions and daily life.
By the end of the programme, you will not only have a deeper understanding of Kabbalah and your Personalised Tree, but also a collection of practical tools you can continue using for self-awareness, personal development and inner transformation.
For people already working therapeutically or supporting others, the course can also provide a deeper foundation in Kabbalah and introduce ways of working with the Tree, Kabbalistic Constellations and related practices in a professional context.
Course fee: £180 per month
A Personalised Tree of Life must be prepared before beginning the course.
If you have already had a Tree of Life Reading with Anne, your Tree already exists and there is no additional preparation fee.
If Anne needs to create your Personalised Tree specifically for the course, there is a one-off £50 preparation fee.
Please note: this preparation fee covers the creation of your Personalised Tree only. A private Tree of Life Reading is not included, as throughout the course you will gradually learn to discover, understand and work with your own Tree yourself.
